Written In The Stars :: A SOUMI Shrine

This is where all the monthly fanart and fanfiction challenges can be found. There are two fanfiction challenges, and two types of fanart challenges. Everyone who takes any of these challenges will receive an award made by me, there are no winners. You can take more than one challenge; if you would like to sign up for one, please contact us.

If you would like to submit a challenge for us to post here, just e-mail us with the challenge, using the format you see below and any other specifications you wish.

Rating: No higher than R

Genre: Any

Pairings: Can include more, but SouMi must be the main pairing.

This story must have something to do with a fairytale. It can either be based on one, include one, or use the fairytale as a backdrop, but it must have one.

Also, the story must be set in in the canon universe, i.e. 19th century Japan.

Must include two:

1: An onomatopoeia

2: Any sort of fire or flame

3: A half-eaten mean

4: Green jewels

Title: Evening Star

Rating: No higher than R

Genre: Any

Pairings: Can include more, but SouMi must be the main pairing.

Must include two:

1: Blueberries

2: A mirror

3: A sewing needle

4: A purple garment of any kind

Fanfiction challenge #2

Title: Anywhere

Rating: No higher than R

Genre: Any

Pairings: Can include more, but SouMi must be the main pairing.

Must include two:

1: A flower or plant of any kind

2: A lollipop

3: A small, glass container

4: An umbrella

Fanart challenge #1

Make a SouMi fanart relating to your favorite song or song lyrics! Do anything you want with it, but make sure that the size is reasonable, and it doesn’t contain any pornographic or obscene material.

Fanart challenge #2

Make a SouMi fanart based on your favorite season, TV show, color or food. Make sure the size is reasonable and it doesn’t contain any pornographic or obscene material.

Graphic fanart challenge #1

Make a fanart using any computer program about SouMi. The subject for this one is stars, just make sure it is no bigger than 1024x768, and it doesn’t contain any pornographic or obscene material.

Graphic fanart challenge #2

As the other one, you can make a fanart about SouMi using any computer program. This subject is calligraphy, or any other Japanese centered picture. It can be no larger than 1024x768, and can’t contain pornographic or obscene material.
